How to Order
The easiest way to order is to use our online shopping cart. You can also call us via telephone @ (702) 506-5032 or email us: twosisterspottery@cox.net to arrange an order in which you can give us your credit card number (please do not send your credit card information in an email) or mail us a check or money order if you choose. If you pay by check (see Payment Policy), we will send out the order once we have payment confirmation.

Shipping & Handling Policy
Twosisterspottery.com will ship items within 2-5 days of payment receipt. We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping and handling will be figured automatically during the checkout process. All items are packed carefully and insured.

Delivery Expectations
Orders are shipped from Las Vegas, Nevada. Upon shipment, customers on the West Coast should receive ground shipments within 2-3 business days; Midwest 3-4 business days; and East Coast 5 business days.

Return Policy
Twosisterspottery.com will make sure our customers are satisfied because we trust and value your business. We will accept for return any unused item under the following conditions. 1) Please contact us (phone or email-see contact us) within (7) business days of receipt to arrange for a refund or exchange. 2) Let us know what you are returning and we will follow up with instructions on what to do. 3) We expect the item/s being returned to be well packed and insured at the customers expense. 4) Once a return item has been received and determined in good condition, a full refund (not including shipping or handling charges) or exchange can be made. Please note that Polish Pottery is hand made and slight variations in color and patterns are characteristic of the hand painted pottery.*

In the rare event your pottery arrives damaged/broken, contact us (phone or email-see contact us) within (7) days of receipt of your order. PLEASE keep all original materials for the USPS. We will give you instructions as to what to do with the broken item and make arrangements for a refund or replacement item.*

*Please note that all shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Tax
Sales tax for Nevada residents only will be collected at 8.1%.

Privacy Policy
Twosisterspottery.com does not collect data on any customers nor do we sell any information or give any second party information about our customers, their purchases or web visits. For the purposes of a mailing list, we may periodically send an email with updates or specials of those who request to join the mailing list. Once again, we do not and will not disclose any personal information of our customers.

Payment Policy
Online payments can be easily made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express when checking out using the shopping cart. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped within (2-5) business days. We can also accept personal checks or money orders payable to:
